Cup Bingsu is on the menu at LOTTERIA Fullerton for $4.99. It is a Korean style slush served in a cup, and it is the dessert on our menu you should know about.
What is in it
Each cup is layered with red bean paste, fruit cocktail, mini rice cakes, yakgwa and roasted grain powder over a Korean style slush base. It comes in at 650 calories. Matcha is available if you want the green tea version instead of the original.
Bingsu is a summer dessert in Korea, usually shared from a large bowl at the table. The cup format is built for a counter order, a drive-thru window and a car cup holder, which is what most of our guests in Fullerton are working with.
When to get one
Cup Bingsu is available all day, 10am to 10pm, seven days a week. It pairs well with anything hot off the line, including Shake It Fries at $3.79 and the Shrimp Burger at $6.99.
During the weekday Lunch Special window, 11:30am to 2pm, you can add one to the $9.99 Shrimp Combo for a $14.98 lunch before tax.
