LOTTERIA Fullerton CA, Inc. does not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising as California defines those terms. We do not trade, rent, or exchange guest lists for money or for anything else of value. This page exists so that you can put your preference on record anyway, and so that you can exercise the other privacy rights California law gives you, in one place.
Everything on this page is free. Using it will never change the price you pay, the food you get, or the service you receive at LOTTERIA Fullerton.
Three Ways to Control Your Information
1. Manage cookies in your browser
The non essential cookies on this site come from Google Analytics 4, which measures page use, and from Klaviyo, which remembers that you signed up and which links you open in our emails. EqualWeb stores your accessibility settings in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies for this site or for every site, and you can also use a browser extension that blocks analytics. Blocking those cookies does not change how the site works for you.
2. Send a Global Privacy Control signal
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a setting built into some browsers and available as an extension for others. When your browser sends the GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for that browser. You do not have to do anything else, and you do not have to tell us who you are. Because the signal is stored in the browser, you need to set it on each browser and device you use.
3. Submit a request below
Use the form on this page, call the restaurant at (657) 248-7029, or write to LOTTERIA Fullerton CA, Inc., 150 W Orangethorpe Ave, Fullerton, CA 92832. A request by phone or mail carries exactly the same weight as one submitted through the form.
What You Can Ask For
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of my personal information. We do not sell or share personal information. Choosing this option records your preference so that it applies if our practices ever change.
- Delete my personal information. We delete the personal information we collected from you, except where the law lets us keep it, for example to complete a transaction, comply with a legal obligation, or keep a record that you asked not to be contacted.
- Tell me what you have about me. We provide the categories of personal information we collected in the past 12 months, the sources, the business purpose, the categories of third parties who received it, and, if you ask, the specific pieces we hold.
- Correct my personal information. We correct information you show us is inaccurate.
- Limit the use of my sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information as California defines it, so there is nothing for us to limit. You may still submit the request and we will confirm that in writing.
How We Handle Your Request
We confirm that we received your request within 10 business days. We respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If the request is complicated, we may take up to 45 more days, and we will tell you in writing before the first period runs out, along with the reason.
Before we act on a request to know, delete, or correct, we have to be reasonably sure the request is really yours. We verify by matching the details you give us against what we already hold, normally the email address or mobile number in our records. If that match is not enough, we may ask one or two follow up questions. We use anything you send for verification only, and we delete it when the request is closed.
We may decline a request when the law allows or requires us to, for example when we cannot verify your identity, when the information is needed to comply with a legal obligation, or when a request is manifestly unfounded or repetitive. If we decline, we will tell you why.
You may submit a request to know twice in a 12 month period at no charge. There is no limit on opt out requests.
Authorized Agents
You can name someone to submit a request for you. Tick the agent box on the form and give the agent’s contact details. The agent has to provide written permission signed by you, and we may still contact you directly to confirm that permission and to verify your identity, unless the agent holds a valid power of attorney.
Residents of Other States
If you live in Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you can use this same form. Tell us which state you live in, in the message box, and we will apply the rights and deadlines your state law gives you. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will answer within the period your state sets.
Submit a Privacy Request
All fields marked required have to be filled in for us to process the request. We use what you enter here only to verify and answer your request. We do not add it to our marketing list.
