Cheese first, burgers after. Mozzarella Cheese Sticks arrived at LOTTERIA Fullerton on September 24, and they are the front end of a mozzarella lineup. Mozzarella burgers, built on the same stretchy melted mozzarella, are next.

September 24: the cheese sticks

Mozzarella Cheese Sticks went on sale Thursday, September 24, and are available from open at 10am until close at 10pm, at the counter and in the drive-thru. Delivery availability will follow on DoorDash. Crispy breading on the outside, mozzarella that pulls when you break one in half. Then the mozzarella burgers

After the sticks, mozzarella burgers join the board. They use the same thing that makes the sticks work, real mozzarella that stretches when you pull it, put between a bun instead of inside breading.

We are not naming them, pricing them or guessing at a month here. The date is not set yet. When it is set, we will announce the date here and by email.

LOTTERIA has been Korea’s No.1 burger brand since 1979, and Fullerton is the first LOTTERIA in the United States, so a new burger landing here is new for the whole country.
