Supply Chain Transparency Statement
In accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (SB 657)
At LOTTERIA, we believe in responsible business practices that reflect our core values of integrity, fairness, and respect—for our customers, employees, and everyone across our supply chain.
We are committed to taking reasonable steps to ensure that slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, and child labor are not present in any part of our business or the global supply chains that support it.
This statement is made in accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (SB 657) and outlines our efforts in the following key areas:
1. Supplier Verification and Risk Assessment
We work with trusted suppliers and seek to partner with organizations that share our ethical standards. Although we do not currently conduct formal third-party audits for every supplier, we are exploring opportunities to strengthen our verification processes—especially in higher-risk regions or product categories.
2. Supplier Agreements and Standards
All LOTTERIA suppliers are expected to comply with applicable labor laws and regulations, including those prohibiting human trafficking and forced labor. We are in the process of reviewing and updating our supplier agreements to include more explicit language that reinforces our expectations on ethical sourcing and labor practices.
3. Auditing and Monitoring
While we do not yet conduct independent, unannounced audits of our suppliers, we are actively evaluating ways to incorporate stronger monitoring practices to better assess and address labor risks across our supply chain.
4. Training and Awareness
We are committed to educating our employees and relevant teams—particularly those involved in procurement and supply chain management—on how to identify signs of forced labor and what to do if concerns arise. As our program matures, we will work to provide additional training and resources on ethical sourcing and compliance.
5. Accountability
If a supplier is found to be in violation of our standards or engaging in unethical labor practices, we reserve the right to take corrective action, up to and including termination of the business relationship.
LOTTERIA is proud to stand for transparency, fairness, and human dignity. As we grow, we remain committed to improving our practices and working toward a supply chain that reflects the values our customers expect and deserve.
