Lotteria (“the Company”) is committed to purchasing goods and services only from suppliers who treat all employees fairly and maintain excellent labor practices. We uphold this commitment through the following policies:

Every Lotteria supplier, as part of our Supplier Agreement, must affirm that it is not engaged in any form of human trafficking, human rights violations, or other illegal or unfair labor practices. Suppliers must also verify that none of the raw materials used in their products originate from any country or source involved in forced labor, human trafficking, or human rights violations.

Under our supplier contracts, Lotteria reserves the right to verify compliance with our human rights policy—as well as our quality and safety standards—through both announced and unannounced audits, conducted either by Lotteria or by third parties acting on our behalf. Any supplier found to be in violation of these standards may have its contract terminated. These standards are clearly communicated to each supplier prior to entering into any new agreement.

Lotteria fully supports the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act and will promptly investigate and address any information indicating that a supplier may be in violation of this Act.

Integrity, honesty, and respect are among Lotteria’s core values. We strive to ensure that every person in our company is treated in accordance with national, local, and international laws throughout the hiring, training, and management process.

Lotteria employees directly involved in supply chain management are required to sign a statement confirming that they fully understand and will comply with these policies. Lotteria also provides regular training on our supply chain management standards, including education on identifying and responding to potential risks such as human trafficking and other human rights violations.
