By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, digital platforms, or visiting any LOTTERIA restaurant in the United States, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. By clicking “Agree,” checking a box, or otherwise indicating acceptance electronically, you consent to these Terms and agree to enter into a binding contract with LOTTERIA.

Our Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and the updated Terms will become effective upon posting on our platform. Continued use of the Services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. We may also modify or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time without notice.

You may place online orders from participating locations. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, pay all applicable fees including taxes and service charges, acknowledge that menu items, prices, and images may vary by location, and accept that orders may be canceled if suspected to be fraudulent or erroneous. Payments are processed by third-party vendors such as Stripe and Square, and LOTTERIA does not store or manage your payment information directly.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including login credentials, and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. LOTTERIA is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this obligation. We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized activity.

By submitting reviews, comments, images, videos, or other content (“User Content”) through our Services, you grant LOTTERIA a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works from such content in any media now known or later developed. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit it. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to display any User Content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or our policies.

All content on the Services, including logos, designs, menu names, and media, is owned or licensed by LOTTERIA and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

You agree not to violate any laws or regulations, compromise the security or integrity of the Services, transmit malware or spam, harass or impersonate others, or collect personal data without authorization. We may restrict or terminate access to the Services for any violations of these Terms.

You agree that any disputes related to the Services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to participate in any class action or jury trial.

The Services are provided “”as is”” and “”as available”” without warranties of any kind. LOTTERIA disclaims all express and implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

LOTTERIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Services within the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LOTTERIA, its affiliates, franchisees, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
